Sometimes it feels like someone flipped the pages of the calendar, and suddenly it's been a while since I blogged.
Enter the second week to the exams, and thanks to lecturers I actually feel quite good to face them, at least the first paper. I think it is important to feel good about going in for the first, as the feel-good factor will slowly but surely dwindle and somewhere down the road the bubble is bound to burst.
As with how things are in the popular harry potter novels, especially before their OWLS, stress and pressure do make people do the strangest things. It's interesting, amusing and a little unnerving to see how easily the human mind can actually be affected, and the extent of it varies greatly among individuals and their level of preparation, of course. For students, a major examination can play nasty tricks on their minds.
I'm very much included. For a while, the idea of earning enough money to pay for a successful gender-change surgery seems rather appealing, and its results even more so. Perhaps another peculiar idea will plant itself in my head tomorrow morning, I don't know.
Until then.
