What Have I Done?

I've done wrong,
I'm now doomed.
For I destroy without mercy,
I struck and it fell into the sea.

My hands with blood,
In the middle of destruction.
My mind is trying to brood,
But it just won't come, the incarceration.

I stared at my blade,
I measured its face.
My hands held it tight,
Yet it was trembling all right.

How much damage is done?
Words can be so destructive.
More powerful than a gun,
More brilliant than a detective.

I wanted to say sorry,
But they made it sounded funny.
I covered my face,
Weeping in agony.

The painful part of the debacle,
Is me being the perpetrator.
The rest of the cast,
Staring at me aghast.

A million dollars, please Sir!
A thousand flowers Madam!
Please accept them please,
Then I shall die in peace.
